Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Logistics Liaison Officer to support the Indo-Pacific Logistics and Sustainment Services (ILS2) program in Santa Rita, Guam. The role serves as the primary in-country logistics representative coordinating transportation, sustainment, and mission support in support of USPACOM and SOCPAC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12-15 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 10-13 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain management, military operations, project management, engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum of five years of experience supporting DoW logistics, sustainment, transportation, or operational support programs.
• Military logistics experience within Special Operations, Joint Logistics, Transportation, or Sustainment organizations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior in-country logistics liaison between Leidos, Government customers, host nation representatives, and mission partners to ensure effective execution of logistics and sustainment operations.
• Coordinate RSOI activities supporting personnel, equipment, and materiel for exercises, contingency operations, and named missions.
• Synchronize logistics operations across transportation, supply chain, facilities, engineering, security, and sustainment functions to support mission objectives.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with host nation authorities to facilitate customs clearance, SOFA compliance, import/export activities, access, basing, and infrastructure support.
