Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Mission Partner Liaison in Aiea, Hawaii to bridge the Leidos ILS2 team with SOCPAC leadership, translating operational needs into effective logistics solutions. This senior role requires strategic relationships with senior military staff and the ability to coordinate complex sustainment activities.

The MPL will work with government personnel to plan, execute, and align mission requirements with ILS2 capabilities, providing real-time support, and contributing to planning,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years in SOF/joint/multi-service environments, or master's with 10+ years.
• 5+ years managing large technical programs (development, logistics, sustainment).
• Experience supporting large federal or DoW programs with multiple tasks.
• Excellent executive/coordination skills and stakeholder engagement.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required to start.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between Leidos ILS2 PM and SOCPAC leadership and directorates.
• Build relationships with SOCPAC stakeholders across requirements, logistics and planning.
• Act as logistics subject matter expert to plan, coordinate, and execute sustainment activities.
• Maintain situational awareness of joint logistics operations with MPLs.
• Coordinate SOCPAC-supported efforts from requirements to solution execution.
• Identify emerging requirements and communicate them to the PM.
• Help deconflict and prioritize requests against contract scope and mission needs.
• Contribute to SOPs, documentation, and briefing materials with SOCPAC experts.
• Provide real-time support for ongoing operations while planning for future needs.
• Strategic thinker with understanding of SOF logistics and sustainment requirements.
