Job summary

Accenture invites applications for a Forward Deployed Scientific Informatics Consultant to help clients transform their digital laboratory operations through AI and data-driven approaches.

You will work across AI, data management, and lab informatics, collaborating with scientists and engineers to deliver scalable solutions and navigate regulatory requirements. Travel up to 50% to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in scientific and laboratory informatics within R&D and/or QC Manufacturing spaces
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Laboratory Science / Life Science or Computer Science or Engineering
• 2+ years in consulting (preferred)
• Experience with life sciences R&D, QC, or IT
• Experience implementing laboratory solutions such as Benchling, Revvity Signals, Waters CDS/SDMS, Dotmatics, LabVantage, LabWare, SampleManager, Scitara, TetraScience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI-enabled laboratory solutions for digital laboratory operations and scientific intelligence.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and working sessions to extract needs.
• Translate business requirements into functional/technical specifications for development and configuration.
• Develop and maintain project documentation (requirements, use cases, user stories, design docs).
• Manage projects in waterfall and agile environments.
• Ensure designs comply with GxP and non-GxP regulatory standards.
• Assist in data migration and master data management for scientific data.
