Qualifications

• 3+ years building and shipping production software
• Hands-on development in last 18 months
• 2+ years of professional development in at least one language (Python/Go/Rust/TypeScript/Java/C++)
• 2+ years building concurrent or distributed systems in production
• 2+ years deploying and operating cloud infrastructure with containers and CI/CD
• Bachelor's in CS or 12+ years experience (or 6+ years with Associate's degree)

Responsibilities

• Build and ship services in the agentic identity stack (authorization engines, registries, credential brokers, auth layers)
• Own a component end to end: design, deployment, and failure handling
• Reverse-engineer identity in client environments and design improvements
• Prototype against emerging standards and vendor betas, sometimes before docs exist
• Build internal tooling and reference implementations
• Explain design decisions to client engineers and defend choices
