OpenHands seeks a Forward-Deployed Engineer (Post-Sales) to own technical success from PoC to production, including on-prem installs on customer infrastructure (Kubernetes, Helm, certs, secrets) and building custom integrations (OAuth, GitHub/Atlassian, MCP connectors).

Location: Remote-first US. Compensation: $175K–$240K base plus equity and bonus. The role focuses on deploying OpenHands Enterprise on customer-managed infra and shaping agentic SDLC use cases from CVE remediations to issue-to-PR.
