Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance.
• Experience building modern web applications using JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Experience developing backend services using a server-side framework (e.g., Node.js or equivalent).
• Experience working with relational databases, including schema design and query optimization.
• Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs to support frontend applications and external data sources.
• Experience deploying applications in containerized environments (Docker).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows supporting iterative software delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate user needs into technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with end users and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the I Corps, translate mission needs into technical solutions within SHEPRD.
• Implement rapid updates, enhancements, and fixes to align with mission objectives.
• Test, deploy, and maintain new functionality and features.
• Provide hands-on technical support to users on-site and remotely.
• Conduct training and mentoring sessions for Soldiers and users.
• Participate in agile practices (sprint planning and stand-ups).
• Collaborate with engineers to streamline development workflows and leverage best practices.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
• Prepare documentation, demonstrations, and reports for stakeholders.
