Genius Business Solutions Inc. (GBSI) seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer with 10+ years of software engineering experience to build and deploy modern, AI-enabled business applications. This hands-on full-stack role focuses on delivering customer-centered solutions using cloud-native architectures.

You will design scalable APIs, microservices, and front-end applications with React, collaborate with stakeholders, and leverage AI-assisted tooling to accelerate delivery in Agile environments.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of software engineering experience and hands-on full-stack delivery.
• Strong background in Java and full-stack application development.
• Experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, C#, or Python and APIs/microservices.
• Front-end experience with React and cloud-native architectures; Azure OpenAI/AI platforms.
• Familiar with AI-assisted coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex) and DevOps practices.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) with 10 years of software engineering experience to build and deploy modern, AI-enabled business applications. This role is ideal for a hands‑on full‑stack developer who combines strong software engineering fundamentals with an interest in emerging AI technologies and customer‑focused solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end business applications.
• Build scalable APIs, microservices, and cloud-native solutions.
• Develop front‑end applications using React or similar frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver solutions.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices to accelerate delivery.
• Participate in Agile development and contribute to CI/CD and DevOps initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong background in Java and full-stack application development.
• Experience with one or more of the following: TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, C#, or Python.
• Hands‑on experience building APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
• Front‑end development experience using React or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of Azure, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, or other modern AI platforms.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Codex.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Agent SDKs, or multi‑agent frameworks.
• Exposure to AI agents, workflow automation, or LLM‑powered applications.
• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and modern software delivery practices.
• Experience in Healthcare, PBM, Insurance, or other regulated industries is a plus.
