Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to help clients deploy Palantir Foundry and AIP solutions, transforming data into actionable decision intelligence. You will work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and support client-facing applications across government, healthcare, and enterprise sectors.

The role emphasizes hands-on data engineering, Python/Scala/Java development, and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years hands-on experience in data engineering including ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehousing, and large-scale data integration.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience with Palantir Foundry building data pipelines, managing datasets, and deploying applications within Palantir Foundry and/or Palantir Gotham.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in prompt engineering and applied AI techniques within Palantir (AIP, model deployment, feature engineering).
• Minimum of 5 years working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Minimum of 8 years experience in Python OR PySpark OR Java.
• Minimum of 5 years leading an engineering team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and support client-facing applications.
• Translate objectives into a delivery plan: gather requirements, analyze data, and define a roadmap to scaled deployment.
• Prototype and iterate quickly: build from scratch, validate with users, and iterate based on feedback.
• Deliver production-grade solutions: ship reliable pipelines and applications turning client data into operational workflows.
• Align and communicate: write clear requirements and share progress with stakeholders.
