Qualis1 Inc. seeks a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to design, develop, and deploy production-grade enterprise AI agents using Gemini Enterprise, Agentic AI and Google Cloud.

You will build orchestration workflows, integrate agents with enterprise systems, and deliver tangible GenAI solutions for large customers. The role emphasizes hands-on Python development, customer-facing delivery, and end-to-end responsibility from PoC to production, including RAG grounding, embeddings and vector search,

Formación

• Hands-on design, development, integration and deployment of enterprise AI agents using Gemini Enterprise, Agentic AI, Google Cloud and Python.
• 10–15+ years of experience creating production-grade AI solutions for enterprise customers.
• Proven ability to deliver customer-facing AI projects from PoC to production in complex environments.

Responsabilidades

• Build agent orchestration workflows using MCP, A2A, tool calling, and function calling.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise apps, APIs, databases and knowledge bases.
• Develop enterprise RAG solutions with grounding, embeddings and vector search.
• Deploy and operate AI agents via Cloud Run, Agent Runtime and CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement security, governance, monitoring and agent evaluation frameworks.

Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) experienced in designing, developing, integrating, and deploying production-grade enterprise AI agents using Gemini Enterprise, Agentic AI, Google Cloud, and Python, with strong customer-facing delivery capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Build agent orchestration workflows using MCP, A2A, tool calling, and function calling.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and knowledge repositories.
• Develop enterprise RAG solutions with grounding, embeddings, and vector search.
• Deploy and operationalize AI agents using Cloud Run, Agent Runtime, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement enterprise security, governance, monitoring, and agent evaluation frameworks.
• Collaborate directly with customers to translate business requirements into working AI solutions, from PoC to production.
• GenAI/LLMs: Gemini models, Vertex AI, prompt engineering, grounding, function calling.
• RAG: Vertex AI Search, embeddings, vector search, enterprise knowledge retrieval.

LangGraph / LangChain.

• Enterprise integrations with Google Drive, SharePoint, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
• Agent Gateway, Agent Registry, agent memory and context management.

Candidate Expectations

• Strong hands-on Python and Google Cloud development expertise.
• Proven experience building and deploying GenAI / Agentic AI solutions.
• Ability to independently develop, integrate, troubleshoot, and productionize enterprise AI agents.
• Strong customer-facing communication and problem-solving skills.
