Qualifications

• 14 years of overall IT experience required.
• Hands-on Java development and software engineering experience.
• Extensive banking/financial services domain experience.
• Proven client-facing experience in FDE, Solution Architecture, or similar roles.
• Strong architecture, coding, system integration, distributed systems, APIs, and cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP/OpenShift).
• Hands-on Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration experience.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, DevSecOps, MLOps, AI governance, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder communication, problem-solving, and delivery ownership.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable AI-driven solutions.
• Design, architect, code, deploy, and optimize enterprise AI solutions.
• Build multi-agent workflows using LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or n8n.
• Implement LLM-based solutions with prompt engineering, RAG, tool integration, and memory systems.
• Integrate complex enterprise systems, APIs, and cloud platforms with focus on scalability and security.
• Lead AI-assisted engineering using Cursor, GitHub Copilot, automated testing, and code review tools.

Role Overview

Seeking a hands-on Forward Deployed Engineer / Solution Architect with strong Java development, extensive banking domain experience, and proven client-facing engineering leadership. The candidate must bridge business requirements and production-grade Agentic AI solutions, owning delivery from discovery and architecture through development, deployment, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with business stakeholders and clients to translate business needs into scalable AI-driven solutions.
• Design, architect, code, deploy, and optimize enterprise-grade applications and Agentic AI solutions.
• Build multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or n8n.
• Implement LLM-based solutions using prompt/context engineering, RAG, tool integration, and memory systems.
• Integrate complex enterprise systems, APIs, and cloud-native platforms while ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
