Endeavor AI seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to work closely with our clients, rapidly understanding their toughest challenges and architecting AI-driven solutions. You will own end-to-end project execution in small, agile teams, delivering production-ready systems built inside clients’ stacks.

The role requires strong first principles thinking, background in engineering, and ability to travel to customer sites in the United States. Graduation in 2026 or earlier is expected.

Qualifications

• High agency, slope, and chaos ceiling with strong first principles thinking, outcome orientation, and resiliency.
• Engineering background, preferred in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, and Data Science.
• Proficiency with programming languages such as Python, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar.
• Must be graduating in 2026 or before.
• Ability to travel.

The Role | Forward Deployed Engineer

As a FDE, your contributions will have a direct impact on our customers’ missions and the real world. You’ll work in small, agile teams and own the end-to-end execution and implementation of high-stakes projects.

What We Require

• High agency, slope, and chaos ceiling with strong first principles thinking, outcome orientation, and resiliency.

• Engineering background, preferred in fields such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, and Data Science.

• Proficiency with one or more programming languages, such as Python, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar.

• Must be graduating in 2026 or before.

• Ability to travel.
