You will work within a pod, aligning with the Solution Architect on design and ensuring quality from development through testing. A strong cloud and front-end background will help you thrive in this hands-on, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building software or AI.
• Python, and AWS or Azure.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Meets the FDE-ready floor (Embedding L3 with AI L3) at day 0.
• Front-end skills.
• Healthcare or higher education exposure.
• AWS AI Practitioner or Azure AI-900 / AI-102.

The Solution Architect owns the design and the Engagement Manager owns the schedule, so this seat is focused on building well.

Preferred Qualifications

• Some RAG and agent experience, plus exposure to Agentic DevOps tooling (agentic coding tools, eval-driven pipelines).
• Meets the FDE-ready floor (Embedding L3 with AI L3) at day 0.
• Front-end skills.
• Healthcare or higher education exposure.
• AWS AI Practitioner or Azure AI-900 / AI-102.

General Required Skills

• 3+ years building software or AI.
• Python, and AWS or Azure.
• A capable builder who is comfortable working with the business.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

The estimated base salary for this job is $105,000 - $130,000 USD. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $120,750 - $149,500 USD. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
