Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering with enterprise delivery experience.
• Experience with AI applications, LLM-powered systems, and agentic workflows.
• Proven ability to work with customers and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Production experience in system integrations and enterprise integrations.
• Strong communication for both technical and business audiences.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with enterprise customers to understand workflows, challenges, and opportunities for AI-driven transformation




• Design, build, and deploy AI applications, agentic workflows, automations, and enterprise integrations




• Translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions




• Lead proof of concept initiatives and guide them into production deployments




• Work across the full lifecycle from discovery and solution design through implementation, deployment, and adoption




• Collaborate with engineering, product, and client stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes




• Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer journey

What We Look For

• A passion for AI anddemonstratedabilitytoleveragethe efficiency and creativity it can provide




• 5+ years, including software engineering, advanced solutions, including agentic AI, and client-facing delivery




• Production experience in system integrations, AI applications, LLM powered systems, agents, workflow automations




• Strong software engineering skills in one or more production languages such as Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, C#, Java, Go, or similar. Python and LLM framework experience are strong assets




• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences




• Curiosity, ownership, adaptability, and a desire to solve challenging customer problems
