Job summary

FlowGen Labs is hiring for an in-person role in the San Francisco Bay Area to own end-to-end deployments of our enterprise AI platform inside client SAP environments. You will scope high-leverage workflows, configure agent behavior, validate integrations and guardrails, and drive customer conversations through production iteration.

You will write and maintain key artifacts, evaluation plans, and customer-facing documentation while partnering with the Platform team to create repeatable deployment

Qualifications

Experience deploying enterprise AI platforms in complex SAP environments.
Ability to configure agent behavior and validate integrations.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end execution of platform deployments for enterprise customers.
Scope high-leverage workflows and configure agent behavior and guardrails.
Validate integrations and guardrails for safe, compliant enterprise use.
Work with stakeholders inside SAP environments to translate customer needs into platform improvements.
Write and maintain key artifacts, specs, evaluation plans, and customer-facing docs.
Collaborate with Platform team to design repeatable deployment abstractions.
Communicate crisply with ownership mindset and move fast while learning new stacks.

About Us

Role Summary

You will own end-to-end execution of platform deployments for enterprise customers. You will scope high-leverage workflows, configure agent behavior, validate integrations and guardrails, and drive launches from first customer conversation through production iteration. You will work directly with stakeholders inside complex SAP environments and help turn customer needs into repeatable platform improvements.

Write and maintain key agent-building artifacts, including AOPs, integration specs, evaluation plans, and customer-facing technical documentation.
Configure agent behavior across planning, tool use, retrieval, prompts, workflows, and operating procedures.
Configure and validate guardrails so agents operate safely, compliantly, and predictably in real-world enterprise scenarios.
Hands‑on use of AI tools with clear ideas for applying AI to development, testing, data, and support.
Design the right abstractions for repeatable deployments and partner closely with the Platform team to implement them.
Ownership mentality, crisp communication, and comfortable making decisions with 80 percent information.
