Job summary

FurtherAI Inc. is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to build enterprise-grade AI agents from the ground up. You’ll collaborate with an elite team including engineers from Google X, Microsoft, Apple, and Meta, turning customer flows into robust agentic solutions in production.

This role emphasizes mentorship, ownership, and solving real business problems with frontier AI tech, in a fast-paced, technically rigorous environment.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a CS/related degree (or equivalent experience).
• Strong foundation in software engineering principles.
• Passionate about AI, ML, and building intelligent systems.
• Self-directed problem solver who thrives in ambiguity.
• Experience with Python, modern web frameworks, and cloud infrastructure.
• Bonus: Prior work with LLMs, ML frameworks, or agent architectures.
