Job summary

IntelliPro Group is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to own hands-on integration, deployment, and troubleshooting of robotic hands at customer sites in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will work directly with customer engineers to translate requirements into working solutions and resolve real-time hardware-software issues.

This hands-on, customer-facing role reports to the cofounder and sits at a fast-moving robotics startup.

We're hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to own hands-on integration, deployment, and troubleshooting of our dexterous robotic hands at customer sites. You'll work directly with customer engineering teams to turn their requirements into working solutions, debug hardware-software issues in real time, and feed field insights back to our internal engineering team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role at a fast-moving robotics startup, reporting directly to the cofounder.

Responsibilities
