Job summary

Limelight Health is hiring for a forward-deployed engineering role focused on data management within Department of Defense environments. The successful candidate will work closely with users and program engineers, deploying UDS Data Capability and integrating with diverse mission systems. Candidates based in Colorado Springs or Florida Space Coast are preferred. Strong familiarity with data engineering technologies and practices is essential.

This position offers flexibility, allowing remote work, but does require some on-site presence during engagements. Full compensation ranges from $123,250 to $166,750 annually, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience storing and querying large unstructured datasets using data lake architectures.
• Experience with stream processing infrastructure and bridging data from heterogeneous sources.
• Comfortable designing schemas for both analytical and operational workloads.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure UDS Data Capability in mission environments.
• Build and support integrations with existing mission systems.
• Contribute to mapping complex data landscapes.
