Job summary

GE Aerospace in the United States is seeking a forward-deployed product leader for the DES data, analytics, and AI capability. You will own the vision, roadmap, and end-to-end lifecycle for a portfolio spanning new engine production and MRO, partnering with planners, operators, and engineers to deliver AI-enabled solutions on real production data.

This role is remote with Day 1 in-person New Hire Orientation.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree with 10+ years of professional experience.
• Associates degree with 13 years of professional experience.
• High School Diploma with 15 years of professional experience.
• Minimum 8 years of professional IT experience.
• Military experience is equivalent to professional experience.
• Ability to travel; 10-50%

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle for multiple data/AI products to deliver the DES output.
• Build and maintain the DES data/analytics roadmap.
• Stand up self-service data/analytics for manufacturing, quality, and delivery.
• Operationalize analytics and move prototypes into production.
• Partner with central DT on data fabric and ontology adoption.
• Take AI ideas from concept to working software with proofs and prototypes.
• Embed with operators and engineers on the Genba and stay on the problem.
• Define KPI gaps and rapid prototyping to close them quickly.
• Influence leaders and align spend with value stream priorities.
• Set data and AI standards across the DES horizontal.
