Job summary

AvePoint is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (AI) to act as the technical face of AvePoint inside enterprise customers. You will drive AI governance, discover business challenges, and translate them into scoped AI delivery projects.

You’ll build prototypes and production-ready AI solutions including agents and RAG pipelines, with integrations across Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, and more. You will own engagements end-to-end, from discovery workshops through to production,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Software Engineering, Solutions Architecture or Technical Consulting.
• 2+ years building modern AI/LLM solutions in production.
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, LangChain, Semantic Kernel.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI governance and discovery workshops.
• Define and shape AI project scopes with stakeholders.
• Translate business challenges into deliverable AI solutions.
• Build prototypes and production-ready AI solutions including agents and RAG pipelines.
• Own customer delivery from discovery to production.
• Write Statements of Work (SoWs) for customers and engineering teams.
