Job summary

Aptean is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Implementation Engineer to join the ASCENT team in Alpharetta. You will design and deploy AI-native solutions addressing real business problems across the solution lifecycle.

You'll leverage Python, LLMs, RAG, LangGraph, and LangChain to build retrieval-augmented pipelines, integrate enterprise data sources, and monitor performance in production. This role emphasizes collaboration with customers, analysts, and engineers to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying ML models and AI solutions in production.
• Advanced Python for scripting, data processing, and modeling.
• Proficiency with generative AI frameworks (RAG, LangGraph, LangChain).
• Deep knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation and LLM techniques.
• Ability to tailor AI/NLP models to business needs and troubleshoot issues.

Responsibilities
