Job summary

Disney is seeking an early-career builder to create AI-powered features within its Applied AI Acceleration practice. You will work with Marketing, Finance, Parks Operations, HR, Studios, and other teams to clarify problems, build solutions, and ship working products quickly.

Expect collaboration with stakeholders, hands-on tooling like Claude, Cursor, and agents, and end-to-end delivery on impactful AI projects.

Qualifications

• Shipping software products with real user impact.
• Experience shipping AI features in production.
• Proficient with AI tools: prompt design, agents, RAG, LLM APIs.
• Strong SQL / API data handling.
• Clear communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship AI-powered features from problem definition through production.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and gather feedback.
• Own the user experience, including workflows, interfaces, automation, and human-in-the-loop decisions.
• Use AI tools to solve problems effectively (LLM APIs, prompts, RAG, agents).
• Build within enterprise systems with security, monitoring, and operations practices.
• Test changes with regression checks and gold datasets.
• Contribute reusable code and patterns across engagements.
• Collaborate with teammates through reviews and debugging.
• Explain technical decisions and tradeoffs to business stakeholders.
