Job summary

Aledade is looking for a Forward-Deployed Engineer to facilitate the adoption of AI tools across teams. This role requires strong software engineering skills, with experience in modern application stacks like Python and experience using agentic coding tools.

You will work closely with Product and Tech teams, creating solutions by embedding AI functionality tailored to specific workflows and integrating with various tools through the MCP Gateway. Candidates should have strong communication skills and a background in software engineering to thrive in this dynamic role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years professional software engineering experience.
• Demonstrated ability to ship end-to-end in unfamiliar codebases.
• Direct hands-on experience with agentic coding tools in production.

Responsibilities

• Embed with a PTA cohort and ship targeted enablement.
• Productize wins into reusable plugins and skill templates.
• Integrate new tools through the MCP Gateway and AWS.

Skills

Production experience with modern application stacks (Python, TypeScript/Node, Go)

Experience with agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot agents)

Strong written communication skills

Education

BS/BTech in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
