Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Production experience with at least one modern application stack.
• Demonstrated ability to ship end-to-end in unfamiliar codebases.

Responsibilities

• Embed with a PTA cohort and ship targeted enablement.
• Build plugins, skills, hooks, and connectors for high-friction workflows.
• Integrate new tools through the MCP Gateway + AWS connector layer.
