Job summary

C3 AI is seeking early professional Forward Deployed Engineers to design, develop, and deploy AI-based enterprise applications at scale on the C3 Agentic AI Platform. This is a full-stack, customer-facing engineering role with hands-on demonstrations and production deployments.

Graduates joining in December 2026 or Summer/Fall 2027 are welcomed. The position is based in California with strong collaboration across teams and opportunities to shape AI solutions for diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a BS/MS in Computer Science/Computer Engineering.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, Java or other OO languages.
• Hands-on with data structures, algorithms, cloud, databases, and profiling.
• Familiarity with agentic AI architectures and LLM tool calling basics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications on the C3 Agentic AI Platform.
• Build tools to help users analyze large-scale data.
• Debug, test, and modify customer applications and solutions.
• Assess risks and define mitigation strategies.
• Create specifications, technical docs, and user guides.
• Support demonstrations, proofs-of-technology, and customer training with senior engineers.
