Job description

Our client is a global healthcare technology company operating one of the world's largest verified healthcare professional communities, connecting more than 1.5 million physicians, pharmacists, APPs, and other healthcare professionals across approximately 150 countries. Through its platform, the organization delivers market research, physician insights, and data-driven solutions to pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device organizations worldwide.

As part of a broader AI transformation initiative, the company is investing heavily in agentic AI and intelligent automation to modernize core business operations and create a more scalable, AI-first organization.

The Opportunity

Our client is hiring its first Forward Deployed AI Engineers (FDEs) to help redesign and automate critical operational workflows using AI agents.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role that combines software engineering, AI implementation, workflow design, and business transformation. You'll work directly with Operations, Delivery, and Engineering teams to understand how work is performed today and build agent-driven solutions that dramatically improve efficiency, speed, and scalability.

Rather than simply layering AI onto existing processes, you'll rethink workflows from the ground up, creating systems where agents perform the work and humans provide oversight, approvals, and exception handling.

What You'll Do
  • Partner directly with business stakeholders to understand existing operational workflows, pain points, and opportunities for automation.
  • Design and implement AI-powered workflows using LLMs, agents, automation platforms, APIs, and internal systems.
  • Build agentic solutions for business-critical functions including:
  • Vendor sourcing and engagement
  • Workflow automation
  • Document processing and extraction
  • Translation and content operations
  • Operational planning and execution
  • Develop human-in-the-loop controls including approvals, review queues, audit trails, guardrails, and exception handling.
  • Integrate AI workflows with Salesforce, internal platforms, APIs, and enterprise systems.
  • Establish monitoring, evaluation, and quality frameworks for production AI deployments.
  • Measure business impact through workflow performance, efficiency gains, adoption, and turnaround times.
  • Identify and prioritize future AI opportunities across the organization.
