Job summary

Harnham seeks Forward Deployed Engineers at senior, lead and manager levels to bridge business strategy and technical execution for enterprise clients in Seattle, with occasional openings in Chicago, Atlanta, NYC or Dallas.

You will own delivery across data, AI and software engineering, build and configure data pipelines and AI workflows, mentor engineers, and partner with client stakeholders to ensure production‑ready solutions and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering production-ready data and AI solutions.
• Hands-on Python and SQL in data pipelines.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical implementations in enterprise/client-facing environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms such as Palantir Foundry, Databricks, Snowflake or equivalent technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity, ownership of delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own technical workstreams from requirements gathering to adoption.
• Build and configure data pipelines, AI workflows, applications and enterprise tech solutions.
• Translate ambiguous business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
• Partner directly with client stakeholders, engineers, data leaders and business teams.
• Drive adoption through collaboration, enablement, documentation and knowledge transfer.
• Apply AI and modern data platforms to improve business processes and operational outcomes.
• At senior levels, provide technical direction, mentor engineers and guide client engagements while remaining hands-on.
