Job summary

GlobalLogic seeks Principal AI SDLC Acceleration Architects to help customers prove the value of VelocityAI SDLC through hands-on architecture, AI-enabled engineering, and measurable delivery acceleration. You will engage with senior engineers and executives to modernize software delivery using AI, with a focus on intent-driven and autonomous delivery models.

Qualifications

• Experience with tools and frameworks such as Claude Code, Google Cloud Code, OpenAI Codex, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, LangChain, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, MCP, RAG, or vector databases.
• Customer-facing technical roles such as principal architect, field engineer, solution architect, forward-deployed engineer, technical advisor, or pre-sales engineering leader.
• Strong understanding of AI governance, human-in-the-loop controls, responsible AI, security, observability, and production readiness for AI-enabled systems.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customer teams to identify SDLC bottlenecks and opportunities for AI-led acceleration.
• Design and deliver proofs using VelocityAI SDLC, modern AI tools, and automation.
• Help customers shift to intent-driven delivery loops that generate plans, code, tests, and docs.
• Define and measure acceleration outcomes like cycle time, story-to-code, and release readiness.
• Present technical approach and business impact to technical and executive audiences.

Principal AI SDLC Acceleration Architects to help customers prove the value of VelocityAI SDLC through hands-on architecture, AI-enabled engineering, and measurable delivery acceleration.

Principal AI SDLC Acceleration Architects to help customers prove the value of VelocityAI SDLC through hands-on architecture, AI-enabled engineering, and measurable delivery acceleration.

This role is for senior architects and engineers who can modernize software delivery using AI.

The focus is not only on accelerating traditional Scrum-based SDLC, but also on helping customers adopt intent-driven, increasingly autonomous delivery models where AI tools, agents, automation, and human governance turn business or product intent into validated software outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on builder, deep architect, strong communicator, and first-principles thinker who can engage both engineering teams and executive stakeholders.

GlobalLogic estimates the starting pay range for this role to be performed in the US is $180,000 to $250,000 and reflects base salary only. This pay range is provided as a good faith estimate and the amount offered may be higher or lower. GlobalLogic takes many factors into consideration in making an offer, including candidate qualifications, work experience, operational needs, travel and onsite requirements, internal peer equity, prevailing wage, responsibilities, and other market and business considerations.

Requirements

• Customer Engagement: Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as principal architect, field engineer, solution architect, forward-deployed engineer, technical advisor, or pre-sales engineering leader.
• AI Governance: Strong understanding of AI governance, human-in-the-loop controls, responsible AI, security, observability, and production readiness for AI-enabled systems.

Job responsibilities

• Work directly with customer engineering, product, architecture, and executive teams to identify SDLC bottlenecks and opportunities for AI-led acceleration.
• Design and deliver working proofs using VelocityAI SDLC, modern AI development tools, agentic workflows, and automation.
• Help customers move from traditional ticket- and sprint-based delivery toward intent-driven delivery loops that can generate plans, code, tests, documentation, and validation artifacts.
• Define and measure acceleration outcomes such as reduced cycle time, faster story-to-code conversion, improved test generation, faster code review, reduced handoffs, and improved release readiness.
• Present technical approach, architecture, proof results, business impact, and adoption recommendations to both technical and executive audiences.
