Job Overview:

Concorde Education is seeking a skilled and passionate Fortnite Esports Coach to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the competitive Fortnite landscape and the ability to lead and guide our students to reach their full potential. The Fortnite Esports Coach will work closely with our students to develop their skills, strategize for competitions, and build a strong team culture.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop a comprehensive training program for students based on their individual strengths and weaknesses.
2. Provide one-on-one coaching and team training sessions to enhance players' mechanics and game sense.
3. Create custom strategies and game plans for upcoming tournaments and scrimmages.
4. Analyze gameplay footage and provide constructive feedback to students.
5. Track and analyze student progress and make adjustments to training as needed.
6. Foster a positive and supportive team environment, promoting healthy competition and teamwork.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest Fortnite updates, strategies, and meta changes.
8. Attend and coach students at local and regional Fortnite competitions.
9. Collaborate with other coaches and staff to continuously improve and enhance the program.
10. Act as a mentor and role model for students, promoting sportsmanship and professionalism.

Requirements:

1. Extensive knowledge and experience playing Fortnite at a competitive level.
2. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
3. Passion for teaching and coaching students of all ages.
4. Ability to adapt training methods to meet different learning styles.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Prior coaching experience in esports or traditional sports.
2. Experience playing in Fortnite tournaments or leagues.
3. Familiarity with Discord and other voice communication platforms.
