Fortiva Sales Account Manager - Co-op Poultry / Swine (Finance)

Fortiva Additives is seeking a Sales Account Manager. Our ecosystem of exclusive global partners is creating the next generation of targeted feed additives that improve animal performance, health, and welfare. This position will focus on poultry & swine feed additive sales with our coop/dealers with manufacturing capabilities.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Drive sales growth with assigned accounts and across all channels for Fortiva additives.
  • Develop and implement account growth plans, including sales forecasting, producer meetings, and support programs.
  • Leverage resources, cultivate relationships, and expand networks to identify opportunities to increase additive sales.
  • Contribute customer insights to innovation and marketing pipelines.
  • Achieve proficiency in nutrition, production management, and sales skills through training and verified sales results.
  • Participate in producer events promoting best practices for additive technologies, including proof field trials demonstrating product efficacy.
  • Engage in industry events to increase awareness of Land O'Lakes Fortiva Additives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Education & Experience Required:
  • Bachelor's degree minimum.
  • At least 3 years' experience in feed additive or animal health account management within the livestock industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degrees (MS, DVM, Ph.D.) in Animal Science, Nutrition, Microbiology, or Immunology.
  • Understanding of additive impacts on health and performance.
  • Experience presenting complex technology clearly.
  • Formulation experience.
Required Competencies:
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to multitask and collaborate across teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and positive attitude.
  • Continuous learner with an innovative mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SalesForce.

Base Salary: $105,040 - $157,560

Travel: 50%-80%. This role is remote with an open location.
