Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 15-week assignment in Fort Worth, TX. The PT will evaluate and treat patients across hospitals, clinics, and rehab centers, delivering evidence-based care and documenting outcomes. Travel role offers competitive pay, day-one benefits, and the support of clinical staff on assignment.

Requirements include a valid PT license and BLS; preferred doctorate, travel experience, and licensure for advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy is preferred.
• New grads are welcome to apply; travel experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and diagnose functional limitations.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Improve mobility and reduce pain through evidence-based PT techniques.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses and other professionals for optimal care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and safety strategies.
• Ensure infection control and safety during all therapy sessions.
• Engage in quality improvement and discharge planning activities.
