Job summary

Assured Nursing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Fort Worth, Texas. The position offers 40 hours per week, day shifts (8 hours), and a travel employment type. Start date ASAP.

Provide skilled PT services in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines, evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy to restore function and mobility. You will supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs as allowed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state PT license or ability to obtain one.
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate
• Develop and update treatment/discharge plans of care
• Document services accurately and timely
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per practice acts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
