Job summary

INTERACTIVE CAD SERVICES in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition for the Operations TA team. This contract role is 100% onsite Monday to Friday and supports strategic staffing to keep American Airlines Airport roles ready for operational needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of recent recruiting experience.
• High-volume recruiting experience in a unionized environment.
• Experience conducting competency-based interviews.
• Experience with enterprise ATS systems (SuccessFactors, Taleo, iCIMS).
• Experience partnering with RPO vendors and organizing hiring events.
• Experience in airline recruiting or staffing is a plus.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of employment law and recruitment practices.

Responsibilities

• Support operational readiness by ensuring roles are staffed on time.
• Partner with multiple hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Travel to domestic locations for hiring events several times monthly.
• Run intake sessions to clarify requirements and update job descriptions.
• Proactively source candidates via job boards, social media, and networking.
• Lead behavioral interviews and a structured selection process.
• Maintain positive applicant experience throughout recruitment lifecycle.
• Influence process timelines and agreements to improve timeliness.
• Provide updates on applicant activity and track TA metrics.
• Maintain ATS records and collaborate with vendors and TA teams.
