Qualifications

• Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience (e.g., hospitality).
• Proven track record in achieving Commercial results.
• Ability to connect with the client.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base.
• Proficiency with POS systems and client tracking tools.

• Hold the critical position of embodying the Tiffany brand in client interactions with a personal touch.
• Be an excellent communicator and brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in every conversation.
• Develop client relationships and exceed commercial targets by growing your client base and sales plan.
• Foster clienteling culture and drive lifetime loyalty through elevated client experiences.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store targets.
• Capture client data and cultivate new and existing client relationships to drive repeat business.
