Job summary

Whitley Penn in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Forensic Litigation & Valuation Services Senior Associate to join our FLVS team. The role focuses on tracing, property characterization, business valuations, and damages in family law and business disputes.

Fully on-site with standard hours and overtime as needed. Ideal candidates have CPA exposure, strong communication, and leadership skills, plus experience in litigation support and financial analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required.
• CPA license or active eligibility is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with forensic accounting, litigation support, and business valuation engagements.
• Communicate with Directors on case directions and assist in strategic recommendations.
• Prepare complete reports with supporting documents for Managing Director review.
• Prepare testifying materials for client meetings, depositions, and trials with well-organized files.
• Develop internal/external networks through events and training.
• Manage projects by setting objectives and delegating tasks to meet deadlines.
• Lead departmental training and foster continuous improvement.
