The University of Colorado Anschutz Department of Psychiatry seeks a Senior Instructor of Clinical Practice for the Outpatient Services Division, Fort Logan Campus. This full-time role provides high-intensity treatment, including PHP/IOP, individual therapy, and medication management, with supervision of clinical staff and collaboration across care teams.

Competenze

• MD/DO with CO Physician License required.
• Board Certified in Psychiatry.
• Active DEA License/Registration.

Mansioni

• Provide psychiatric supervision of clients treated on an outpatient basis and continuity of care for psychiatric medications.
• Respond to psychiatric crises and escalation of symptoms for clients in Outpatient Services and conduct treatment plan reviews.
• Oversee and renew court-ordered outpatient civil certifications for clients requiring supervision.
• Make decisions and assist with readmission to higher levels of care when necessary.
• Provide direct supervision of PAs and RNs providing outpatient treatment services.
• Collaborate with a treatment team including case managers and mental health clinicians; attend required meetings.
