Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in asset management, inventory control, subcontractor coordination, facilities maintenance administration, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain US Military Base Access (US Citizenship required).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors scheduled to perform work on the military installation.
• Assist with subcontractor access coordination, ensuring base access procedures are followed.
• Monitor subcontractor activities on base to ensure schedule, project requirements and contract expectations are met.
• Maintain daily records of subcontractor assignments and project status.
• Communicate updates and issues to management.
• Serve as liaison between subcontractors, facilities maintenance, and other personnel.
