Elevate Eyecare in Fort Dodge, IA is seeking an Optometrist (OD) to provide comprehensive eye exams, diagnose and manage ocular conditions, and prescribe glasses and contact lenses. You’ll deliver medical optometry care, including pharmaceuticals and perioperative support, while collaborating with a team that values patient-centered care and clinical autonomy.

The role requires a Doctor of Optometry and Iowa license (active or eligible).

Responsabilidades

• Deliver comprehensive eye exams and exceptional patient experiences.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage ocular conditions and vision needs.
• Prescribe glasses and contact lenses with confidence and accuracy.
• Provide medical optometry care, including use of pharmaceuticals.
• Deliver pre- and post-operative care for surgical patients.
• Identify systemic health concerns and coordinate care as needed.
• Educate patients to help them take ownership of their eye health.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in EMR/EHR systems.
