Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a field identified by the contract.
• At least five years of management and personnel supervision experience.
• Experience in Military Family Support Center or civilian social-service org serving military Families desired.
• Strong analytical, organizational, time-management, and independent decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily contract operations and onsite supervision for all DysTech personnel at Fort Bliss.
• Manage staffing, schedules, performance, training and coverage across ACS programs.
• Monitor service delivery, quality, and compliance with contract requirements and procedures.
• Prepare accurate monthly reports, summaries, plans, and supporting documentation.
