Job summary

CloudHire in Los Angeles is seeking a skilled Formworker Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the work of formworkers on construction projects. You will ensure forms are placed accurately according to blueprints and schedules.

This full-time role requires strong leadership, blueprint-reading ability, and attention to safety. You will train new workers, monitor progress, and maintain records of materials and hours, while collaborating with the broader construction team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as formworker, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and safety procedures.

Formworker Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Formworker Supervisor to join our construction team in Los Angeles. As a Formworker Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of formworkers, ensuring that construction projects are completed efficiently and accurately. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per week.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of formworkers on construction projects
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to ensure accurate placement of forms
• Train new formworkers and provide ongoing support and guidance to the team
• Ensure that all safety regulations and company policies are followed at all times

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with others
