Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in formwork engineering or related role.
• Strong understanding of construction safety regulations and standards.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.

Responsibilities

• Design and plan formwork structures for building projects, considering safety, functionality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for formwork structures.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other team members to ensure timely completion of formwork construction.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure formwork structures are constructed according to design plans and industry standards.
• Identify and resolve any issues or problems during construction.
• Maintain accurate records of all formwork materials used on projects.
• Train and supervise junior staff on proper formwork techniques and procedures.
