Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a valid email address and phone number.
• Must pass pre-employment screening.
• Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to work overtime and in varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations creating a safe working environment.
• Follow instructions provided by a Foreman with daily tasks and expectations for each project or job site.
• Safely work around heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, cranes, etc.
• Safely operate manlifts to perform tasks at various heights.
• Safely perform rigging and signaling when picking items.
• Inspect, maintain, and operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment.
• Operate various construction instruments to achieve proper layout and elevation.
• Build and/or erect formwork and falsework for walls, columns, decking, stairs, etc.
• Work as a team member placing concrete, driving piling, installing light gauge steel framing, etc.
• Read, interpret, and follow plans, specifications, and other contract documents.
• Problem solve and provide solutions to common jobsite issues.
• Communicate well with others on the jobsite verbally and with hand signals.
• Demonstrate a continuous effort to improve operations and deliver quality customer service.
• Travel periodically.
• Work overtime when required.
• Work in a team environment.
