The Wenger Group in Lancaster, PA, is seeking a Formulations Specialist to develop and update rations for monogastric livestock using specialized formulation software. You will coordinate with mills and Nutrify to ensure accurate production, pricing, and labeling while staying compliant with regulations.

You will also support technical and sales efforts with Nutrition Services and Innovation teams, provide regulatory coordination, and assist in customer education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in animal nutrition required.
• 1–2 years' experience in ration formulation and ingredient evaluation; hands on with formulation software.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to multi-task and drive tasks to closure.

Responsabilités

• Formulations and ration balancing (50%): update formulations, generate ingredient forecasts, ensure producibility and compliance.
• Technical and sales support (40%): collaborate with Nutrition Services, provide input on analyses and regulatory coordination.

The role supports overall strategic goals, encourages innovation through the development and enhancement of solutions tailored to the complex needs of the livestock nutrition market. This job requires acting responsibly with confidential information and engaging effectively with a variety of individuals across internal and external teams in a fast-paced, diverse environment. **ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:** **Formulations and Ration Balancing (50%):** * Update customer formulations and feeding guidelines using formulation software.
