Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking individuals for night shifts in Covington, KY. The role involves safe, GMP-compliant manufacturing of pharmaceutical products, with a 12-hour night schedule and a 10% shift differential. Candidates should be able to lift up to 40 lbs and wear PPE as required.

Responsibilities include preparing areas, operating equipment per SOPs, and maintaining quality and compliance with FDA/HPFBI requirements. High school diploma and 2 years related experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in powder blending/granulation, tablet compression and/or coating.
• Knowledge of GMP and SOPs; ability to follow written processing orders.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work with PPE.
• Excellent record-keeping and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Process/manufacture products in accordance with written processing orders.
• Prepare manufacturing areas and equipment for production.
• Clean processing equipment and rooms per SOPs and GMP.
• Provide assistance and training as needed.
• Troubleshoot equipment and provide feedback for improvements.
• Ensure product quality meets standards and regulatory requirements.
• Follow EH&S and GMP requirements and maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform alternating or rotating shift work.
