Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific in Cincinnati is seeking a Manufacturing Technician for a 12-hour night shift. The role offers $25.00 per hour with a 10% shift differential. You will safely manufacture pharmaceutical products per SOPs and GMP, while maintaining adherence to EH&S and quality standards.

You will prepare areas, operate equipment, train staff, troubleshoot, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced GMP environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes such as blending, granulation, tablet coating or related areas.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and maintain records as instructed.

Responsibilities

• Process/manufacture products per written processing orders.
• Prepare manufacturing areas and equipment for production.
• Clean processing equipment and rooms per SOPs and GMP.
• Provide training and support to maintenance/production staff.
• Troubleshoot equipment and contribute to process improvements.
• Ensure product quality meets Thermo Fisher Scientific standards and regulatory requirements.
• Follow EH&S and GMP requirements and maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform alternating or rotating shift work.
