Job summary

Ultradent is seeking a Formulation Technician I in Salt Lake City, UT to join our Formulations Department. The role focuses on bulk packaging, equipment cleaning, and maintaining formulation documentation, with a 6 AM start time and Monday–Friday schedule.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling chemicals in related industries, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to lift 40+ lbs regularly and work in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Move raw materials from warehouses to manufacturing areas.
• Label, store, and organize bulk chemical containers.
• Clean lab area and mixing equipment.
• Documentation of manufacturing cleaning logs.
