Job summary

Ultradent in Salt Lake City is seeking a Formulation Technician I to join the Formulations Department on the day shift (Mon-Fri starting 6 AM). You will support bulk mixing, labeling, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires the ability to follow instructions, attention to detail, teamwork, and physical capability to lift 40+ lbs. Previous experience in cosmetic, medical device, or pharmaceutical chemical handling is preferred.
