Job summary

MegaFood, a Certified B Corporation and 1% for the Planet member, is seeking a Formulator to manage a portfolio of raw materials and provide bench-to-scale technical support for our dosage forms. You will design experiments, analyze results, and collaborate with Sourcing, Analytical R&D, QA, and Manufacturing to ensure product quality.

Responsibilities include bench-top to manufacturing scale-up, tech transfer, and optimizing formulations to maximize value and margins while meeting regulatory

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year college degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related science.
• Minimum two years of industry formulation development experience.
• Strong knowledge of formulation, quality systems, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of raw materials across dosage forms.
• Run bench-top, pilot, and scale-up batches; support tech transfer.
• Work with Sourcing, QA, and Manufacturing to ensure quality and reliability.
