The role emphasizes independent work, strong statistics, and GMP-compliant documentation as you contribute to formulation and process development in a pharmaceutical setting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on solid oral dosage formulation and process development experience.
• Experience with blending, granulation, and compression.
• Material characterization experience.
• GMP documentation and compliance experience.
• Strong math and statistics skills.
• Ability to work fairly independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform blending, granulation, and compression for solid oral dosage forms.
• Support formulation and process development from lab scale through clinical manufacturing scale.
• Conduct material characterization to inform formulation and process decisions.
• Perform basic statistical and data analysis on experimental results.
• Maintain GMP documentation and ensure compliance.
