Job summary

Jack Link's Protein Snacks is seeking a detail-oriented Formulation Production Worker to join our Weston, WI manufacturing team. You will be responsible for producing high-quality formulations while adhering to strict safety and quality standards.

The role requires operating and monitoring production equipment, following SOPs, measuring materials, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. You will collaborate with teammates to meet production goals and ensure quality across processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or production preferred.
• Knowledge of production processes and familiarity with manufacturing equipment.
• Understanding of safety protocols and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform repetitive tasks and handle materials.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of formulation processes and quality control procedures preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for mixing, blending, and processing materials.
• Measure and weigh raw materials according to formulation specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to comply with safety and quality standards.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and cleaning.
• Record production data and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Identify and report any quality issues or equipment malfunctions.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Assist in inventory management and material handling as needed.
