You will oversee manufacturing campaigns, mentor staff, and drive process improvements on an onsite team in Woburn, MA, with a move to Allston in Q4 2026. This role blends hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on formulation process development experience.
• Experience authoring batch records, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Prior supervisory experience in a GxP environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cGMP formulation operations for Microarray Patch manufacturing.
• Provide hands-on guidance to junior staff during manufacturing campaigns; train, mentor, and evaluate personnel.
• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing floor activities—safety, compliance, scheduling, and troubleshooting.
• Drive process development and optimization studies for microarray patch formulations, including excipient optimization.
• Act as the liaison between Research and Manufacturing to scale formulation processes from R&D to production.
• Identify and implement new technologies and assays to support continuous improvement.
• Lead root cause analyses and process development investigations.
• Author, edit, and review batch records, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Communicate progress, issues, and results to key stakeholders.
